I think all these lawyers are surprised at a (speculation) really generous deal the prosecution is offering her. She probably could serve another 2 to 3 years, and be out with a manslaughter charge. But little miss I'm innocent because I didn't "intentionally" do it, won't take the plea.

I think you give jurors far too much credit for brain power. Most people in ma. Are simpleton’s despite having so many top notch schools. These people can’t handle a crosswalk or a gas pump. How do you trust them to reason , link facts and use common sense to render a verdict? No chance…hopefully a big spot light will come to the state goofballs , townies and the rest of the tiny blue men following this nonsense.

The issue with the trooper reviewing the video is that it was defense evidence. It wasn’t evidence he collected. The prosecution handed the defense evidence over to the trooper

More evidence that the judges and state are paid by the same people. It is not hard to be impartial and honorable.

All I know is the judge clearly admitted to what should be and maybe is a crime, is definitely unethical conduct, followed by more crimes and unethical conduct by throwing a lawyer in a cage like an animal for refusing to give up the "snitch(es)" so the judge can give that person the "stiches". IMO "contempt" powers need to be severely curtailed and judges and everyone who helps them need to be personally criminally and civilly liable for abusing their power. Especially when they violate someone's rights.

Do not talk to police without legal representation! Even if you "have nothing to hide" the Miranda Warning EXPLICITLY states that "anything you say *CAN AND WILL* be used *AGAINST* you". It doesn't say "you will look better if you cooperate," it doesn't say "only guilty people need a lawyer." No. The cops tell you up front, clear as day that they WILL use your words against you. The law enforcement side of things does not work in your favor. Get an attorney, and shut up.

I first read Baldwin has live ammo on him at the time of the shooting. He was the one who insisted on rehearsing the scene that wasn't scheduled, so the armorer wasn't present and someone else handled the gun. I will always believe he loaded the bullet and shot her intentionally.

Did anybody stop to think that the reason why the private meeting happened, is because the prosecution built this big case and their star Witness was the basis, probably for the majority of their information who is a friend of the defendant, who could’ve been easily paid off his friend, a.k.a. witness. It would be smart as a witness, who’s being forced to be a witness. Supposedly. It would be a good idea for the witness. to except immunity without the judge in prosecution, having a signed contract, forcing the witness to testify. So it’s very possible that it could’ve been a plan to force a miss trial by paying the witness to ask for the secret meeting, knowing he has immunity. And then have that witness refuse to testify, and not answer a simple question as to what is your name or how old you are, and proceeding to claim the fifth, on every question. And before the testimony, or lack there of. Previously defended and possible, Lawyer worked with the witness by setting up this meeting with this judge, only for the witness to go back, and tell the defense that this happened in order to cause a mistrial, knowing that the prosecution had way more than enough evidence to prove the defendant guilty. This was perfectly executed strategy by the defense. Bravo😅

This is all speculation though. The court reporter was there and there's a record so would they really say and do this on the record? Im sure that he really came out and said he was the murderer. Thats pretty absurd.
